THE ULTIMATE
This morning I started to work out and I'm at 80 push ups and 180 curls and I'm at 100 sit ups. I've made major progress since last weeks progress, Iv'e currently ran a mile each evening as well. This project has been well worth it. My partner has not been showing up to school as much so I haven't been able to fill him in with as much progress. But this is my last blog, As myself I haven't done the best. I started later then I should've and my previous project hasn't worked as planned and I let time get the best of me. But with the help of my teachers Mr.Barker and Mrs. Hanes they encouraged me not to give up and that I could not fail this.

Today is May 15th and have know recently I have been sticking with 15 pound weights for curling and last week was when I posted my first blog and I've doubled my curls up, last week I was curling 50 before I started my push ups and this week I'm at 100 curls on each arm and usually last week I was doing 20 push ups but now I'm at 40 and my sit ups I was doing 40 but today when I get home I'm gonna try to make it 80.
So this is my first blog and I haven't managed my time as well as I could have been. My recent progress I have been working out and I will be doing my first recorded workout session today's with pictures of the types of workouts and record how long they last. Today I will be running 1 mile to the lake down the road from my house and back and do as many push ups as possible and sit ups and everyday I will be pushing myself harder and harder each day after this to do as many of numbers of each workout everyday.
